Xu Fei
Vice President
Xu Fei, born in November 1982, graduated from Tsinghua University with a bachelor's degree in Automation in 2005 and a master's degree in Computer Science and Technology in 2007. She currently serves as Xiaomi's vice president and chief marketing officer (CMO).
Xu Fei joined Xiaomi in 2010 as an early member. From 2021 to 2024, she served as vice president of the China Region and general manager of the Marketing Department.
Prior to joining Xiaomi, Xu Fei worked as a product manager at Google from 2007 to 2010.
